Given that the referrals will be sent based on demand in your area,



there is no guaranteed number of referrals.Come and join our exceptional team in our journey to help millions of Canadians receive the highest quality of care!What you'll be doingReceiving client case referrals based on demand in your areaProviding consultations using a short-term, solution and goal-focused approach to various clients consulting for different mental health-related topicsHelping clients identify, understand, and overcome personal challenges and achieve their individual objectivesEmpowering clients to talk openly about their challenges and creating a judgment-free environmentAssisting clients in finding external resources complementary to our services (if needed)We'd love to hear from you if you haveUniversity degree in a field related to counselling (e.G., psychology, social work, psychoeducation, career counselling, sexology, criminology)A professional license and a valid professional insuranceAccess to an office in Canada to provide in-person sessionsExperience with or an interest in providing short-term counsellingExperience providing intervention or coaching services to couples, families, or individuals aged 14 and older (an asset)A good knowledge of community resources (an asset)What we can offerA complement to your private practice and a way to diversify your clienteleFlexibility to accept referrals based on your own scheduleSimple case management with our secure online platform and easy paymentA caring and responsive support teamExclusive Dialogue benefits throughout the duration of our collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
