Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects(Internal Title: Scheduling IV)You'll create and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from design through closeoutYou'll define activities, sequence workflows, estimate durations, and allocate resources to build accurate project timelinesYou'll identify critical paths, key milestones, and dependencies to ensure schedules align with owner objectivesYou'll track progress against the baseline schedule, preparing regular reports with earned value, milestone, and variance analysesYou'll identify schedule risks early, assess potential impacts, and recommend or implement mitigation strategiesYou'll perform "what-if" analyses and develop recovery schedules to keep projects on track amid changes or disruptionsYou'll collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors,
and vendors to align and communicate schedule updates effectivelyYou'll coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules into a cohesive master schedule using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProectYou'll optimize workflows and resource allocations to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlinesYou'll document actual versus planned timelines, maintain historical schedule data, and analyze lessons learned for future improvementWorking ConditionsThe work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or centerBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related field, OR equivalent relevant experience10+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or mission-critical construction projectsProficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platformsBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Proven ability to manage complex schedules for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with owner objectivesKnowledge of industry standards such as PMI or AACE scheduling guidelines is preferredStrong understanding of construction processes, workflows, and dependencies, with a focus on MEP systemsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholdersCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
