Create and maintain communication materials, FAQs, and reference guides that help employees better understand their benefits and leave programs, and make informed decisions with confidence
Prepare reports, maintain tracking tools, review benefits data, support compliance activities, and contribute to process improvements that enhance employee support and operational effectiveness
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or a related field, including at least 3 years of hands‑on experience supporting employee benefits and leave programs
Strong knowledge of group benefits, retirement programs, disability and leave administration, employee eligibility requirements, and payroll implications

Experience supporting benefits implementations, carrier transitions, system conversions, or major program enhancements is considered an asset
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, external vendors, and business leaders
