Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a multidisciplinary team responsible for quality assurance, quality control, inspection, and quality systems;
Oversee internal, customer, and certification audits, including Management Reviews;
Drive nonconformance management, root cause investigations, and corrective actions to ensure effective issue resolution and prevent recurrence;
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and support manufacturing performance;
Oversee supplier quality, inspection activities, and process validation, including FAI and APQP/PPAP;
Monitor quality performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate results to senior leadership;
Serve as the primary quality representative with customers, certification bodies, suppliers, and regulatory agencies;
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration,



and quality ownership across the organization.
Job qualifications 7+ years of quality experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Leadership experience managing quality teams within a manufacturing setting.
Robust knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality systems.
Experience leading internal and external audits.
Experience with audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
