What you'll do Conduct thorough analyses of thermal systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization, ensuring efficient energy consumption and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test new thermal management solutions that align with industry standards and customer requirements.
Utilize advanced simulation software to model thermal behavior and predict system performance under various operating conditions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to thermal systems, including design specifications, testing protocols, and performance reports.
Assist in the troubleshooting of thermal systems, providing technical support to both internal teams and external clients to resolve issues effectively.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in thermal technology and industry trends, integrating this knowledge into ongoing projects and product development.
Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on thermal analysis and system performance data.




Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations during the design and implementation of thermal systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the thermal engineering team, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise in thermal systems and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Engage with customers to understand their thermal management needs, providing tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
Prepare and present technical reports and findings to stakeholders, highlighting the impact of thermal solutions on overall project success.
Requirements A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in thermal system design and analysis, preferably within the HVAC or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in thermal simulation software such as ANSYS, COMSOL, or equivalent tools.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a hands‑on approach to troubleshooting thermal systems.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to thermal systems and energy efficiency.
Effective communication skills,



both written and verbal, to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment while also being self‑motivated and proactive.
Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice to have Experience with renewable energy systems and their integration into thermal management solutions.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer principles as they relate to thermal systems.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Certification in energy management or related fields.
Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
