As a crucial member of the Introba management team, you will assume responsibility for overseeing project design staff and managing workflows effectively. Your expertise will contribute to strategic decision-making and the development of staff performance criteria. You will foster collaboration among team members to identify challenges and implement solutions, while providing essential support and resources to propel Introba’s mission of creating sustainable environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project design team performance and task distribution
• Provide workload forecasting for new project engagements
• Train staff on all design phases for operational continuity
• Represent Introba in client and stakeholder meetings
• Promote and oversee quality assurance and control practices
Requirements:
• 6+ years of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design experience
• 5-10 years in mechanical site inspections and reports
• Familiarity with BC Building Code and By-law
• Minimum 5 years in project management within consulting engineering
• Professional Engineer or equivalent designation preferred
