Onboarding Consultant at Fispan. About the role As an Onboarding Consultant at Fispan, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients have a seamless and successful experience as they integrate our financial technology solutions into their operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored support throughout the onboarding process. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to guide clients effectively while fostering lasting relationships.

What you'll do Collaborate with clients to assess their onboarding needs and develop customized implementation plans that align with their business objectives.
Facilitate training sessions for clients, ensuring they are well-versed in using Fispan's platform and can maximize its features.
Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a smooth transition for clients from onboarding to full utilization of the platform.
Monitor the progress of onboarding projects, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and contribute to continuous enhancement of our services.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to onboarding procedures, client interactions, and training materials.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues that clients may encounter during the onboarding phase,



coordinating with technical support as necessary.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices, contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in financial technology to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Help create and refine onboarding resources, such as FAQs and user guides, to enhance the client experience.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their onboarding journey.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Information Technology.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in onboarding, customer success, or account management within the financial technology sector.
Strong understanding of financial technology solutions and their application in business environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Robust problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to facilitate efficient onboarding processes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.




Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track client interactions and onboarding progress.
Nice to have Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques to assess client feedback and onboarding effectiveness.
Previous experience with training or instructional design, particularly in a technology context.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project management.
Multilingual abilities, particularly in languages relevant to Fispan's client base, are a plus.
Skills & tools Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Familiarity with project management software like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Practical notes This position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and may require occasional travel to client sites or industry events.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and may require visa sponsorship.
The role may involve flexible working hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
