Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will lead product development from conception to launch while coordinating with Product Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain. The role demands strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and technical insight, crucial for achieving business objectives. You will also promote sustainable practices and support Environmental, Health & Safety requirements over the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product development and commercialization activities
• Ensure timely product readiness for launch




• Collaborate with external partners for effective delivery
• Analyze and improve product costing and performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• University degree in relevant engineering discipline
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
