About the role Benevity is on the lookout for a skilled Product Marketing Manager who can seamlessly integrate product knowledge with strategic marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in determining how our offerings are communicated and launched in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will blend analytical prowess with creative thinking, allowing them to distill complex product features into compelling and straightforward messaging that resonates with our audience.

What you’ll do Formulate and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with prevailing market trends and evolving buyer personas, enhancing messaging and client engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
Collect and evaluate customer feedback to guide product management and marketing strategies, facilitating product development and accelerating sales.
Craft and refine value propositions tailored to distinct personas, leveraging current market insights to ensure relevance and drive product adoption.
Oversee the entire product launch process, which includes conducting market research, establishing pricing strategies, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that enhance sales performance and product uptake.
Promote internal awareness regarding product updates and value propositions, collaborating with Product and Enablement teams to keep the organization informed and aligned.
Develop and collaborate on resources for Sales Enablement, Digital, and Client Success teams to bolster their efforts effectively.
Work closely with diverse teams, including website management, content marketing, demand generation, branding, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive product messaging across the customer journey.




Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our product offerings.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback that inform marketing strategies and product enhancements.
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Benevity and gather insights on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B product or portfolio marketing, ideally within a SaaS context.
Proven ability to effectively manage product launch cycles from conception to execution.
Experience in leading and executing cross-functional projects with a high degree of confidence and professionalism.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while fostering collaboration.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
Proficiency in conducting research, articulating a perspective, and building compelling business cases.
An analytical mindset that balances data-driven insights with emotional intelligence in marketing strategies.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise.
Certification in Product Marketing Alliance (PMA)



or Pragmatic Marketing is a plus.
Experience in corporate social responsibility, social impact, or nonprofit sectors is a valuable asset.
Nice to have Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
Experience in customer journey mapping and understanding of user experience principles.
Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
Previous involvement in community engagement or volunteer initiatives that align with Benevity's mission.
Skills & tools The ideal candidate should be proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools will also be beneficial. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, are essential for creating presentations and analyzing data.
