What you’ll do Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring responsiveness and performance across various devices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional web applications that meet user needs.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code while adhering to best practices in software development.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
Participate in Agile development methodologies,
contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance application performance in production environments.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their technical skills and knowledge.
Document development processes, code changes, and application features to maintain clear communication within the team.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights that inform project direction and priorities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid experience with back-end technologies, including Node.js, Express, and database management systems like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience in building and consuming APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
Understanding of security best practices in web development and application deployment.
Experience with mobile application development for iOS or Android platforms.
