What you’ll do Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Participate in comprehensive training sessions designed to enhance your understanding of Ott’s core business functions, including finance, marketing, and operations.
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Engage in regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to track your progress and refine your skills throughout the program.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations based on your analyses.




Network with industry professionals and fellow associates to build relationships and foster collaboration within the organization.
Take part in team‑building activities and workshops aimed at enhancing leadership and interpersonal skills.
Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices across various departments to enhance overall productivity.
Shadow experienced managers to gain insights into effective leadership styles and decision‑making processes.

Requirements A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
