What you'll do Oversee engineering initiatives, including project planning, workload distribution, and progress tracking.
Guide your team's development activities, encompassing design, coding, documentation, testing, debugging, and optimization.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various development teams.
Partner with product managers, designers, and QA to ensure our products meet high usability and quality benchmarks.
Provide strong project management support and inspire your team to excel.

Requirements A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
