What you’ll do Oversee the entire client implementation process, starting from the initial agreements through to project completion and the transition to routine operations.
Establish and nurture robust client relationships to guarantee satisfaction and ongoing engagement with cube's services.
Facilitate client meetings and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to provide project updates, showcase platform features, and manage client expectations effectively.
Proactively identify potential challenges and resolve them to uphold high service standards and ensure client retention.
Work in tandem with legal, finance, and technology teams to fulfill all client engagement requirements efficiently.
Build and maintain partnerships to ensure clients receive a seamless and high-quality service experience.
Advocate for client needs within the organization, collecting feedback and influencing the development of the product roadmap.
Conduct user acceptance testing for client releases as necessary to ensure quality and functionality.
Continuously enhance your industry knowledge through various educational and professional development opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize cube's offerings.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
Requirements Proven experience in managing projects and delivering technology transformations within the financial services sector, particularly in relation to regulatory initiatives.
Familiarity with implementation projects that focus on risk and compliance frameworks.
Strong grasp of large-scale program delivery methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall.
Proficiency with agile delivery tools such as JIRA to manage project tasks and workflows.
Understanding of digital transformation principles and the ability to communicate these concepts effectively to teams and clients at various levels of seniority.
Experience in leading workshops and independently gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
Knowledge of how to operationalize new operating models, technologies,
and processes specifically for financial services.
Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups with varying levels of experience and expertise.
Capacity to lead teams and take full accountability for project delivery outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of colleagues, including those from international teams.
A strong drive, commitment to problem-solving, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Familiarity with financial services regulations such as MIFID II, FRTB, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, and CSDR.
A proven history of collaborating with offshore teams to achieve project goals.
Skills & tools Proficient in JIRA for project management and tracking.
Experienced in Agile methodologies for project delivery.
Knowledgeable in DevOps practices to enhance collaboration between development and operations teams.
Familiar with Waterfall methodologies for structured project management.
