What you'll do Build relationships with C-level executives across various departments (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) for all product lines.
Coordinate client relationship mapping with the account team, guiding a comprehensive account strategy with a virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, Marketing).
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business needs and demonstrating how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
Identify and engage appropriate specialist and support resources for deals at the optimal time.
Requirements Experience with or critical thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights,



or exploring AI's impact.
7 or more years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
Background in selling cybersecurity products.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
Capability to generate current business, negotiate deals, and maintain C-level relationships.
History of achieving sales targets.
Understanding of the broader IT landscape and ServiceNow's strategic direction.
Experience fostering customer success in a collaborative "win as a team" environment.
