As an HRIS Analyst, your role will focus on maintaining Workday across various HRIS functional areas. You will analyze system impacts, support enhancements, and work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders. This position requires a balance of technical skills and collaboration to deliver effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain Workday across multiple HRIS functional areas
• Analyze system changes and their impacts on Workday modules
• Configure business processes and notifications in Workday




• Document business requirements and process improvements
• Monitor the HRIS mailbox for troubleshooting inquiries

Requirements:
• 2+ years of HRIS Workday experience, especially Core HCM
• Robust skills in Excel and handling large datasets
• Understanding HR processes and system connections
• Experience resolving end-user and interface issues
• Bachelor's degree in business information systems or HR-related field
