Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute daily and seasonal turf maintenance
• Oversee health of all playing areas including greens and fairways
• Manage irrigation systems and adhere to environmental practices
• Develop long-term agronomic programs and cultural practices
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance personnel
Requirements:
• Education in turf grass management or significant golf course experience
• Certification in pesticide and fertilizer application
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Solid budgeting and planning abilities
