Become a crucial player in deployed operations as a Contracts Coordinator managing construction and service agreements overseas. Leverage your robust judgment and communication skills to work with Canadian Forces and local stakeholders.

In this role, you will undertake two rotations approximating four months each at various locations such as Kuwait or Latvia. Experience in managing construction, consulting, and services contracts is essential. You will actively engage with contractors and clients to ensure compliance and quality while addressing contractual challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Coordinate daily contractual problem-solving activities
• Monitor project schedules and document progress




• Liaise with Client-Partner representatives on risks and changes
• Maintain comprehensive site activity records

Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant field and five years’ experience
• Certification in engineering technology or facilities management preferred
• Knowledge of construction best practices and risk management
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to work overseas in deployed environments
