Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations - Dasher & Logistics at DoorDash Canada.
About the role We are seeking an Associate Manager for Strategy & Operations to oversee Dasher supply and delivery quality in Canadian markets. This position plays a crucial role in operational execution and marketplace performance, ensuring that an adequate number of qualified Dashers are available to meet demand consistently across various locations and conditions.

What you’ll do Manage the health of Dasher supply across Canadian markets, focusing on acquisition, mobilization, and retention to ensure reliable demand fulfillment with high-quality service.
Identify and address supply gaps in different regions by utilizing data to find root causes and implement targeted solutions based on varying market conditions.
Develop and refine programs aimed at attracting and retaining quality Dashers, with a strong focus on understanding the factors that drive engagement and maintaining a robust supply base over time.
Oversee supply management across diverse operating conditions, including weather changes, local events, and seasonal fluctuations, balancing immediate actions with long-term strategies.
Conduct thorough, data-driven analyses to evaluate supply performance, assess the effects of program modifications, and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal,
and Operations to align on supply strategies and achieve mutual goals.
Make informed decisions regarding trade-offs between supply adequacy, delivery quality, and cost to ensure the long-term health of the marketplace.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex operational areas with responsibility for quality and measurable results.
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in using data and AI tools to identify issues, prioritize actions, and evaluate outcomes.
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and align stakeholders around clear decisions.
Nice to have Experience in logistics or delivery service industries.
Skills & tools Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with operational management software and frameworks.

The salary range for this position is between $116,000 and $145,000 CAD, depending on location and experience.
