Join Take a Hike Foundation as a full time Mental Health Clinician focusing on youth and outdoor education in Ontario. Engage with vulnerable youth to facilitate growth through therapeutic experiences.

This role requires a Registered Mental Health Clinician passionate about wilderness therapy and supporting youth. You will provide individual and group therapy, participate in educational programs, and lead outdoor activities. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote mental health learning while working closely with schools and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual therapy sessions and family supports
• Facilitate group counseling addressing youth issues




• Collaborate with the classroom team on mental health initiatives
• Attend multi-day camping trips and volunteer events
• Build partnerships with community organizations

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or Social Work
• Minimum 3 years experience with youth in crisis
• Flexibility for varied scheduling needs
• Previous educational setting experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license preferred
