I'm looking for childcare for all 4 of my children, for 2-3 hours on Tuesday evenings and Thursday evenings occasionally friday & Sundays. My boys are very high energy, big emotions and love to be crafty, playful and very busy! We would love someone who can keep up with them, entertain them, be patient and kind as well as understanding. Our 4 year old has mild cerebral palsy, so being understanding and patient is crucial. 3 are potty trained and my youngest still needs diaper changes. We have a big backyard, plenty of craft supplies of all the sorts. A creek with a path and multiple parks nearby. I'd prefer someone with CPR training and VSC along with a meeting prior and seeing how you engage with each child (all 4 at once) for an hour or 2 while I remain at home doing housework before I decide on a longer term together. You would be paid for that.
