While we're recognized as a company that's leading the charge on new AI-first ways of working, we're looking to kick it into hyperdrive by bringing on an AI Lead. The AI Lead will operate centrally in our org, and will play a key strategic role in our company. The role will formally report into our CTO, and will embed with both technical and non-technical teams across our company and product verticals. The role encompasses many exciting opportunities and responsibilities covered in the section below. Importantly, the role will not be research oriented - it will focus on the integration of AI, primarily via vendors (OpenAI, Cursor, etc.), to increase productivity and drive business and customer value. This role will also primarily be an Individual Contributor role, with the possibility of leading a small team in the future. Be ready to get your hands dirty and ship features to our millions of customers!What you'll be working on:Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that drive millions of dollars of business impactEmbed in tech teams to drive the success of technical AI projects from end-to-end, including data preparation, AI technology selection (ex. which LLM, parameter tuning, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning), output evaluation, and refinementEmbed in non-tech teams to drive the success of AI vendor integrations, including vendor selectionDesign and implement AI platform components to make it as easy as possible to integrate AI for emerging use casesLead internal AI guilds to evangelize AI capabilities,
