Corpay is currently looking to hire a Chief of Staff, Global Payments within our Corpay Cross-Border division. This position falls under our Global Payments line of business. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leverage to the Global Managing Director of Payments by helping translate leadership priorities into action, aligning teams across business units, driving critical initiatives, improving operating rhythms, and ensuring the organization remains focused on the highest-impact priorities.You will report directly to the Managing Director, Global Integrated Payments and regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners.How We WorkAs Chief of Staff, Global Payments Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Hoteling workspace in the Toronto ON officeRoleResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Strategic Execution and Executive LeverageAct as a strategic partner and operational extension to the Global Managing Director of Payments.Translate leadership priorities into clear plans, actions, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.Drive progress against key business objectives, strategic initiatives, integrations, and transformation priorities.Provide executional capacity and operational leverage to improve the effectiveness of the Global Managing Director and Payments leadership team.Global Payments Operating Model and Business Unit AlignmentSupport alignment across the global Payments business, including regional, functional, vertical, solutions-led, and commercialization teams.Coordinate across business unit leaders to ensure shared visibility into goals, dependencies, risks, commercial priorities, and execution progress.Improve communication and coordination across business units so that regional and functional teams remain aligned on strategic priorities and key decisions.Identify where initiatives cut across multiple teams and ensure ownership, sequencing, accountability, and decision rights are clear.Enablement, Knowledge Sharing, and Scalable GrowthBuild and manage communication channels, forums, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms that improve visibility, alignment, and engagement across the Global Payments organization.Develop enablement programs, educational sessions, leadership briefings, and stakeholder forums to improve understanding of Payments products, client segments, operating models, and growth priorities.Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Compliance, Operations, HR, Finance, and Risk to improve the tools, collateral, processes, and infrastructure required to scale the Payments business.Support the creation and refinement of sales collateral, pitch materials, onboarding resources, internal playbooks, training materials,
and executive-ready presentations.Coordinate product feedback loops and cross-functional prioritization forums to ensure client, sales, and operational needs are captured, sequenced, and progressed.Process Improvement, Onboarding, and Friction RemovalIdentify operational friction points across the Payments organization and work with accountable leaders to resolve them.Support improvements to client onboarding, compliance workflows, internal handoffs, annual review processes, revenue attribution, compensation alignment, and other cross-functional processes.Partner with business leaders to design onboarding plans, ramp-up materials, role clarity, and 30/60/90-day success plans where required.Support organizational build-out efforts, including role definition, team operating models, talent initiatives, and recent team member onboarding.Communications and Stakeholder ManagementServe as a key liaison between the Global Managing Director of Payments, senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.Represent the Global Managing Director's intent and context in meetings and working sessions where required.Draft, edit, and coordinate leadership communications, business updates, presentations, briefing notes, and internal messages.Help improve the cadence, clarity, and consistency of communication across the Payments organization.Confidential and Executive SupportHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.Support the Global Managing Director with selected administrative, reporting, calendar, and stakeholder management needs where required.Help optimize the Global Managing Director's time, focus, and productivity by ensuring preparation, prioritization, and follow-up are handled effectively.Anticipate needs, flag emerging issues, and ensure the right topics reach the right forums at the right time.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or Business Administration5+ years of experienceProven experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, strategy, transformation, commercial operations, consulting, program leadership, or senior operational role.Experience operating in a complex, fast-paced,

This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will bedeterminedbased on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions.
