Job Overview
Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in the northern region of Sarnia. The casual position runs from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with alternate weekend shifts and an occasional on‑call rotation of 1–2 nights per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide client care using observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching.
- Act as nurse in charge in the setting and report to the assigned supervisor.
- Deliver care according to established care plans, ensuring emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety of clients within scope of practice.
- Perform routine nursing duties in accordance with company policies and provincial standards.
- Execute specialized nursing procedures for which training and competency can be demonstrated.
- Observe and document client conditions and changes following professional and Bayshore Home Health standards.
- Implement infection prevention practices.
- Participate in ongoing internal and external continuing education activities.
- Adhere to Bayshore policies, procedures, and the Quality Management System.
- Engage in proactive health and safety activities and report any risks or concerns to the immediate supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information, disclosing only to appropriate personnel.
- Complete other tasks as requested.
Education & Qualification Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited/recognized school of nursing (evidence required).
- Current RN or RPN registration in valuable standing with the applicable provincial licensing body.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Clear criminal background check with vulnerable‑sector screening.
- Proof of being free from TB.
- Three supervisory references.
- Proof of required vaccinations (e.g., COVID‑19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu) per provincial regulations if applicable.
