Your new role As Legal Director, Corporate & Regulatory, you will act as a senior legal advisor to executive andmercial leadership, leading corporate and regulatory legal matters across Canada.

In this role, you will: Lead the corporate and regulatory legal function, supportingernance,pliance, and business growth initiatives.

Provide strategic legal advice across corporate law,mercial contracts, finance, tax, M&A;, and intellectual property.

Advise onplex regulatory matters, including food/beverage regulations, marketing and advertising,petition law, and productpliance.

Partner closely withmercial, marketing, sales, and finance teams, enabling innovative initiatives while managing legal risk.

Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals and technical specialists, building capability and driving performance.

Oversee litigation strategy and external counsel relationships, ensuring efficient risk management.

Support product launches, promotional activations, and recall situations, providing pragmatic,



solutionsoriented guidance in a highly regulated environment (aligned with notes).

Collaborate with global and regional legal teams to align on policy, risk, and business strategy.

This is a highly visible role where success requires balancing legal rigour withmercial pragmatism, enabling the business to move quickly while stayingpliant.

What you''ll need to succeed 7+ years of experience in a leading law firm or inhouse environment, with strong corporatemercial foundations.

Proven expertise in corporate law, regulatorypliance, andmercial contracting.

Experience advising senior leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders in aplex organization.

Strong business judgment with the ability to deliver practical, solutionsoriented advice in fastmoving environments Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and highpressure situations with professionalism and confidence.

Strongmunication and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.

Leadership capability, including experience mentoring or managing legal teams.
