Job Summary: Purpose: Manage and support IBM Sterling Connect: Direct, Axway Transfer CFT, and Axway Secure

Transport administration.

Incidents: Handle escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis for Incident Reports.

Products: Configure, implement, and support at least two of IBM Sterling Connect: Direct, Axway Transfer CFT, and Axway Secure

Transport.

Requirements Translation: Understand business requirements and design appropriate solutions.

Quality: Ensure quality standards are met for each release.

Vendors: Work with external partners and vendors to resolve issues or implement new flows. RCA: Perform root cause analysis for P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents and for proactive needs. ITSM: Follow incident, problem, and change management policies and procedures.

Service Levels: Meet service level and quality expectations.

Minimum qualifications: Education: Bachelor''s or Master''s in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.

Architecture: Knowledge of product architecture.

Hands-on: Installation, configuration, and disaster recovery for at least two of Connect: Direct, Axway Transfer CFT, and Secure

Transport.

Maintenance:



Experience with patching and migrations.

Support Level: L3 support experience for the listed products.

Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Style: High energy, results-driven, and solid interpersonal skills.

Independence: Able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills: Domain: Capital Markets domain knowledge. ITIL: Knowledge of ITIL and integration across incident, problem, and change management.

Tools: Familiarity with Control-M, IBM MQSeries, and Net

Backup.

Scripting: Shell and Python scripting proficiency.

Performance Goals: SLAs and KPIs: Meet production support SLAs and KPIs.

Stability: Drive improvements and optimizations to stabilize the environment.
