This is a role between management and hands‐on engineering, requiring both solid technical depth and operational leadership. A key part of this role is providing accurate ETAs, being accountable for delivery SLAs, and ensuring high‐quality execution across the team.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the Subscriptions engineering team across backend services.Own architectural decisions, technical planning, and project delivery timelines.Provide reliable ETAs, monitor delivery progress, and ensure SLA commitments.Develop and maintain subscription services in PHP and Go.Guide refactoring and modernization of legacy PHP codebases.Improve system scalability, performance, and operational reliability.Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth releases and stable production environments.Foster best engineering practices, code quality,
