Location: Huron County, Ontario (Goderich Area) Pay: $32.00$34.00/hour Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Opportunities Available Facility Type: Retirement Community Employer: HealthOPM Key Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards of practice.

Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.

Assess, monitor, document, and report changes in residents'' physical, mental, and emotional health.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.

Respond promptly and effectively to medical concerns and emergency situations.

Supervise, mentor, and support Personal Support Workers (PSWs) while promoting high standards of resident care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with organizational policies, infection prevention and control (IPAC), and health and safety standards.





Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing.

Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (issued within the past 12 months).

Current TB screening/clearance.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Previous experience in a retirement community, long-term care, or seniors'' care setting is considered an asset.

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
