They are looking for a Business Process Architect to join the organization during a major enterprise transformation.

Project: You will play a key role in designing and implementing the organization''s future-state operating model using the Blue Dolphin platform.

Working at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and technology, you will translate enterprise capabilities into scalable business processes while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive organizational transformation.

Position: Full time, Permanent Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid - 4 days/week onsite, flexible) Responsibilities: Design and implement enterprise business processes using the Blue Dolphin methodology and platform Translate capability models into end-to-end operational processes across the organization Create process artifacts, documentation, governance models, and implementation deliverables Own and maintain the enterprise process repository and business process architecture Partner with executive leadership, technology, operations, sales,



and marketing teams to drive transformation initiatives Bridge business strategy and technology by translating business requirements into operational processes Lead process mapping workshops and facilitate cross-functional process design sessions Establish governance frameworks and support continuous process improvement initiatives Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and strategic recommendations while remaining hands-on in execution Must Have Skills: Experience as a Business Process Architect or similar Enterprise Process Design role, withexperience implementing or knowledge of Blue Dolphin platform and methodology .

Strong Business Process Mapping and BPMN modelling experience.

Experience designing enterprise process artifacts, documentation, and governance frameworks .

Strong understanding of capability-based planning and enterprise architecture .

Lean Six Sigma Certification and process improvement expertise; TOGAF Certification or strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.

Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.

Ability to operate strategically and tactically, delivering outcomes rather than recommendations alone.

Suite ERP or similar enterprise platforms Experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or wholesale environments CBPP or additional Business Process Management certifications Experience with process mining or automation platforms such as Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, or Power Automate APICS CSCP or other supply chain certifications
