Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee multiple streams of an HR-related transformation projects % remote in Canada, 1 year contract to start Must haves: 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager with a preference for someone who has experience from large-scale Human Resource/HRIS programs or enterprise transformation programs Experience implementing HRIS enterprise systems and/or HR operations enterprise changes (operating model design, automation, and process simplification.) Experience in program governance, risk management , executive level stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination within a corporate PMO or shared services environment Experience leading 4-6 Project Managers and their associated teams with 30+ people Nice to haves: PMP or PgM certifications or equivalent Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related discipline Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of complex HR and business transformation Program that include HR technology enablement (e.g., Workday, SAP Success

Factors), process redesign, and change management.





Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and PMO leaders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned to organizational strategy.

Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior HR leaders, demonstrating the presence and credibility required to manage challenging or conflicting priorities.

Drive structured planning and execution using the most appropriate methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project type, complexity, and outcomes.

Oversee project budgets, resourcing, and timelines to ensure efficient use of financial and human capital.

Identify dependencies and risks across workstreams, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and proactively communicated.

Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications teams to drive adoption, readiness, and successful transition to recent ways of working.
