The Vice President, Infrastructure, Information Services & Chief Financial Officer (VP & CFO) joins Riverside at a pivotal moment of transformation and opportunity.
Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role offers the rare chance to shape the future of healthcare delivery across a geographically vast and uniquely interconnected region of Northwestern Ontario.
As Riverside continues to advance its strategic priorities, modernize its infrastructure and technology platforms, and strengthen its long-term financial sustainability, the VP & CFO will play a critical role in setting direction and driving execution.
Leading an integrated portfolio spanning finance, infrastructure, information services, capital planning, procurement, business intelligence, and support services, the successful candidate will help position Riverside to meet the evolving needs of patients, residents, staff, physicians, and communities across the Rainy River District while guiding the organization through a period of significant organizational and system transformation.
Beyond operational leadership, this executive will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, a champion for innovation and modernization, and a key advocate for Riverside with Ontario Health, the Ministry of Health, municipal, regional, and provincial partners.
They will strengthen strategic partnerships, advocate for Riverside within Ontario''s evolving healthcare system, and lead transformational initiatives that position the organization for long-term success.
