What Youll Do Engage with warm leads from existing clients, inbound calls, and online inquiries Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial solutions Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals Attend networking events and conduct light outbound follow-up with cold and x-date leads What You Bring Sales experience (inside/outside, retail, or customer service) preferred Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and active listening (Languages: English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be an asset).
