The Opportunity You will manage a diverse and engaging caseload with a focus on commercial and construction litigation , working alongside experienced practitioners on complex matters from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial and construction litigation files independently Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings Provide strategic advice on construction-related disputes, including: Contract disputes Payment disputes Construction defects Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver excellent client outcomes Stay current with developments in litigation and construction law Qualifications J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited institution Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation,
