Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives through business process improvements and enterprise-wide technology deployments Calgary-based office - Candidates will be in-office in downtown Calgary 5 days/week.

Must Haves 10+ years of experience as Project Manager with a focus on enterprise-wide technology programs within the Oil and Gas field.

Experience with projects focused on Business process improvement , AI adoption , enterprise technology deployments , and stakeholder engagement within large organizations Scrum methodology and management of cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups Proven success managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups in fast-paced environments Solid Nice to Have Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital enablement programs Familiarity with change management, organizational adoption, and communication strategies Experience working with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies,



data initiatives, or emerging digital technologies PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications College diploma or university degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline Responsibilities Champion the adoption of digital technologies and AI capabilities across the organization Support the development and execution of digital enablement strategies Coordinate efforts between business functions, Data & IT teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners Lead discussions, workshops, and governance forums to drive alignment and decision-making Manage multiple concurrent digital initiatives aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives Develop and maintain project plans, status reporting, executive updates, and performance metrics Translate business requirements into actionable work packages for technology teams
