The team brings together professionals whose expertise covers every aspect of the construction industry.

We are seeking a lawyer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join the firm''s Laval office.

Your Role and Responsibilities Advise clients on construction law matters Prepare for and represent clients before civil courts Draft pleadings, written arguments, and legal strategies Manage files diligently while ensuring compliance with deadlines and the firm''s professional standards Mentor and supervise lawyers or articling students,



when required Requirements Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience practicing construction law within a law firm Member in good standing of the Barreau du Qubec Experience in construction litigation and real estate litigation (Court of Qubec, Superior Court, Court of Appeal) Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and qualified judgment Client service oriented with excellent teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple litigation files simultaneously Demonstrated leadership skills Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) Benefits Highly competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive group insurance coverage from day one Performance bonuses Hybrid work model Health spending account And much more.
