Your new role As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing high-rise residential condominium projects from pre-construction through occupancy and closeout.
Working closely with internal leadership, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, contract administration, consultant coordination, and ongoing construction operations.
The Project Manager will act as a key liaison between ownership, consultants, municipal authorities, and site teams while monitoring project performance, mitigating risks, and maintaining alignment with project objectives.
Key responsibilities include coordinating tendering and procurement activities, reviewing RFIs, change orders and consultant deliverables, managing project reporting and forecasting,
facilitating stakeholder meetings, and ensuringpliance with all applicable building codes, approvals, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
What you''ll need to succeed The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of project management experience within high-rise residential construction or development.
Experience delivering new-build condominium projects throughout the GTA is essential.
You will have a strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, procurement, construction contracts, consultant coordination, and risk management.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including architects, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and development partners, is required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellentmunication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms. A post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
