Position Summary This Scale Operator role supports daily grain facility operations by managing inbound and outbound truck traffic, performing grain grading for wheat, corn, and soybeans, and ensuring accurate ticketing, data entry, and documentation.

The position plays a key role in maintaining quality control and effective grain flow while working closely with drivers and internal teams in a fastpaced environment.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical, especially during harvest when volumes increase, and schedules may extend from sunup to sundown. A safetyfirst mindset and commitment to accuracy are essential.

This role is ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable working with computer systems, can keep pace during highvolume periods, and have an interest in agriculture or grain operations.
