Participate in strategic Human Resources activities as directed What you must have: Related post-secondary education and 8+ years of recruiting experience,



preferably in a high-tech environment Strong written and verbal skills in French and English Technical recruiting experience in the computer and engineering related field and experience networking in the technology industry Communicative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and hiring teams through the hiring process Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting practices and techniques Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process Self-directed, persistent and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency Attention to detail and follow through is important Proactive, results-oriented, good business sense and solid organizational skills Salary/Rate Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Other Information: This role is based in our Montreal location.

We work in office from Monday- Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.
