Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP SD Lead

Consultant.

In this role, you will lead or contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of core Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions tailored to manufacturing and logistics environments.

You will bridge the gap between sales/distribution business processes and cloud technology, ensuring seamless integration across pricing, order management, shipping, billing, and downstream finance operations.

Role: SAP SDLead Consultant Start Date: August 31, 2026 End Date: September 30, 2027 Location: Kelowna, BC.

Work Model: Hybrid.

The bulk of the work will be remote.

There will be travel required to Kelowna for Blueprinting/Design, Kickoff, and key milestones.

Travel expenses will be paid for.

Industry: Manufacturing Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public Edition) SD modules and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes using SAP Best Practices.

Manufacturing & Logistics Alignment: Configure sales processes tailored to manufacturing operations, including make-to-order (MTO), make-to-stock (MTS), engineer-to-order (ETO), customer returns, consignment, third-party sales, and drop-shipments.

Cross-Module Integration: Configure and support tight integrations between SAP SD and key operational modules, including MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), FI/CO (Revenue Recognition, Margin Analysis, Billing), and LE/WM (Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management).

Fit-to-Standard & Gap Analysis: Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with commercial and supply chain stakeholders to map sales and delivery requirements against standard SAP Public Cloud capabilities, minimizing custom code and preserving a Clean Core.





Pricing & Output Management: Configure complex condition technique pricing, discount/rebate structures, tax determination, credit management, and output/document management Testing & Data Migration: Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); execute sales master data (Customer Master/Business Partner, Pricing Conditions) migration using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit; provide post-go-live hypercare support.

Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales leadership, customer service teams, supply chain directors, and plant controllers to streamline order fulfillment and invoicing.

Qualifications & Requirements Mandatory: SAP Expertise: Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP SD / O2C implementation and support, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition (or S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition / S/4HANA Enterprise Management).

Industry Experience: Proven track record working within the manufacturing sector (e.g., discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, or CPG).

Deep SD Mastery: Solid functional proficiency in Sales Order Management, Quotations, Pricing Execution, Billing/Invoicing, Availability Check (aATP), Credit Management, and Shipping/Transportation.

Cloud Mindset: Practical understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Clean Core strategy, Extensibility Framework, and quarterly/semi-annual cloud release updates.

Key Competencies Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen focus on simplifying supply chain and sales workflows.

Ability to map complex business requirements directly into SAP standard cloud functionality.

Proactive self-starter capable of managing deliverables across cross-functional project teams.
