and project performance tracking Nice to Have Agile Essentials training Project strategic and internal communications support Knowledge transfer and organizational training activities Responsibilities Manage project development, implementation, and operational startup activities within approved time, cost, and performance parameters Define project objectives, team composition, responsibilities, and terms of reference Plan workloads and schedule tasks for project team members, consultants, and external technical teams Coordinate migration and build activities with service lines, solution architects, and partner teams Monitor project risks, issues, and activities and escalate when required Facilitate SSC Agile sprint events including Sprint Planning, Scrum meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives Develop and manage project deliverables including Project Charters, Project Management Plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk logs.
