Scope of Position:



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and tracking project opportunities across the market.

In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Projects teams to maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective business, conduct market research, engage with customers and stakeholders, and provide valuable insights through reporting and analysis.

You will also support day-to-day sales activities, including quotations, and order processing.

Major Responsibilities: Research and identify project opportunities through customer engagement, industry publications, news sources, databases, and online resources.

Qualify leads by engaging with project stakeholders and decision-makers to understand project scope, timelines, and purchasing influences.

Track and manage project opportunities, including location, status, key contacts, and revenue potential.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to support business growth.

Identify and execute action plans required to secure new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate project and customer data within internal systems.

Prepare, analyze, and present sales pipeline reports, dashboards, and project updates.





Participate in regular Sales and Projects team meetings to review opportunities and provide market intelligence.

Foster ongoing communication with Sales and Projects teams to ensure lead status and project updates are current.

Identify opportunities for targeted product groups and track related quotations, orders, and business outcomes.

Assist with the preparation and processing of sales quotations and customer orders.

Respond to and coordinate incoming sales inquiries from the company website.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team as required.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Office experience (internship or co-op) Post-secondary degree or diploma.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Previous Management experience required.
