Salary: $70,500 annually, 30 hours per week Requirements: Languages - English, Education - College/CEGEP, Experience - 3+ years Responsibilities/Tasks: Direct and control the operations of facility; Evaluate the operations of facility and the included real estate Identify customers'' needs; Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility; Plan and organize the operations of the facility and the included real estate; Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility; Promote sales to existing clients; Assess client''s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services; Develop reports and proposals to illustrate perks from use of good or service; Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service; Prepare and administer sales contracts; Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce; Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client''s needs; Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services; Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support; Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs; Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment''s machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems; Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff; Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems; Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies; Plan and manage the facility''s operations budget; Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal; Train customers'' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment; Resolve product and service related problems; Troubleshoot problems related to equipment; Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists; Organize and maintain inventory; Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
