Troy is a 2025 and 2026 winner of the Canada''s Best Managed program ! Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security technicians.

Coordinate service activities, scheduling, and technician resources.

Provide technical guidance and escalation support for complex service issues.

Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, manufacturer specifications.

Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic support for: Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Nurse Call Systems, Video Surveillance (CCTV/IP Video) Assist field technicians with commissioning, programming, and system integration.

Support customer service requests and resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and scope-of-work documents.

Develop system drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.

Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

Assist sales and project teams with system design and pricing.

Conduct site visits and technical assessments.

Participate in customer meetings and provide technical presentations when required.





Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 10 years of experience in the security systems industry.

Robust knowledge of ULC Monitoring and Installation Standards, Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Surveillance Systems, Intrusion Detection/Security Systems, Nurse Call/Healthcare Communication Systems, and PA/Intercom Systems.

Experience with system design, estimating, proposal development, and technical documentation.

Post-secondary education in Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field(preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

Proven ability to train, mentor, and support technical teams across multiple locations.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
