Summary Reporting into Finance, this role focuses on accounts receivable for premiums and accounts payable for claims/losses , ensuring accurate reporting and strong financial controls.

Duties Manage AR (premium collections net of commission), including reconciliations, cash application, and aging Process AP for claims/losses, including payments and cash calls Post and analyze premiums, commissions, claims, and accruals (IFRS) Support month-end/quarter-end close, reporting,



and audits Partner with Underwriting, Claims, and Treasury to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Qualifications 3-5+ years of insurance/reinsurance accounting experience required Strong understanding of AR (premiums) and AP (claims/losses) processes Knowledge of IFRS and insurance accounting principles Advanced Excel; ERP experience (Oracle an asset) Detail-oriented with robust analytical and communication skills AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
