THE HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE Where Talent Meets Prospect Director of Quality, Risk & Patient Safety Pacific Northwest A progressive, patient-centered healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Quality, Risk & Patient Safety to lead system-wide quality and safety initiatives across a hospital and a network of 20+ clinics.

This is a high-impact, executive-facing leadership role for a strategic professional who brings system-level thinking, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about driving quality outcomes, regulatory excellence, and a culture of safety.

Position Highlights Relocation support available Oversight across hospital 20+ ambulatory clinics Leadership of 8 FTEs Highly visible role partnering with executive leadership, medical staff, and the Board Opportunity to shape and elevate a system-wide quality and patient safety program What You Will Do Lead the QAPI program, driving improved patient outcomes and safety Oversee quality, risk, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives across the organization Partner with leadership and medical staff to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Manage event reporting, RCA/FMEA processes,
