Key Responsibilities: Lead functional testing efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives and end-user expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed and executable test cases.

Organize and facilitate testing ceremonies including test planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and defect triage meetings.

Perform ETL and data validation testing using SQL .

Partner with onshore and offshore teams to promote Quality Engineering (QE) best practices, documentation standards, and effective knowledge transfer.

Manage regular status reporting, risk assessments, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and test coverage.

Serve as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), building domain knowledge and promoting quality throughout sprint cycles and release phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering (QE) or Quality Assurance (QA) roles.





Expertise in functional testing , test case design, and execution in complex enterprise environments.

Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.

Strong knowledge of QE methodologies, defect lifecycle management , and risk-based testing strategies.

Hands-on experience in SQL and ETL testing .

Skilled in conducting meetings, driving team consensus, and delivering explicit and concise reports.

Solid domain knowledge in financial services or large-scale enterprise systems .

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with globally distributed teams.

Nice to Have: Exposure to Azure Cloud platforms and related tools.

Familiarity with software development practices and tools such as Git

Hub .
