Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.

Lead the planning, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of key software components.

Build new features and enhance existing functionality based on product roadmap priorities.

Ensure application reliability, performance, and production stability.

Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, sprint planning, and delivery meetings.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Track work progress using Jira and Agile/Kanban methodologies.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Promote secure coding practices and ensure the protection of sensitive customer data.

Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails development.
