Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: Demonstrated commitment to working safely.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills .

Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and graveyards.

Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Previous experience working in an industrial environment is an asset.

Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset.

Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.

Identify, analyze and troubleshoot any problems that might arise in your area.

Work with your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to make sure everything stays on track.

Work a rotating 8-hour shift schedule , which gives you flexibility to spend extra time with your family on days off.
