Position Overview Were looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative who enjoys closing deals and building customer relationships.

As a Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for new and returning customers, contractors, and property managers.

Youll help customers choose the right glass solution and you will know youre succeeding when calls turn into booked jobs, customers thank you for making it easy, and your earnings grow with your performance.

You will: Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional, friendly, and confident manner Listen to customer needs and recommend the best glass products and services Prepare quotes and convert inquiries into booked jobs Identify additional services that may benefit the customer Complete work orders, return calls, and respond to customer inquiries Keep accurate records in our system Participate in ongoing coaching, training,
