As a Project and Bid Manager, you will win, plan, drive, and close projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, identify risks, and communicate progress to partners.

Your role will also involve leading bid coordination efforts, develop compelling proposals, and driving strategic initiatives to secure successful outcomes for customer projects.

How Youll Make an Impact Lead project planning, resource organization, risk analysis, and partner communication to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and customer satisfaction, following Siemens Energy standards.

Support sales activities by defining deliverables, identifying subcontractors, preparing budgets, and leading schedule management and change control processes.

Oversee the execution of customer projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, timely reports,



and effective team coordination to achieve economic and project goals.

Lead the end-to-end bid process by coordinating cross-functional teamsincluding technical, finance, legal, quality, and HSE departmentsto ensure the timely submission of high-quality proposals, acting as the central point of contact for all bid-related activities.

Analyze client requirements and tender specifications to develop tailored solutions, and create clear, compelling, and persuasive bid content that addresses client needs and differentiates the organization from competitors.

Develop and implement bid strategies by defining win themes and value propositions to enhance proposal success rates, while identifying potential risks in the bid process and establishing effective mitigation strategies.

What You Bring Electrical engineering background.

Industry Knowledge: AIS, GIS, FACTs, HVDC, Battery Storage Project Experience: EPC project execution, planning, control, reporting (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) Familiarity with PM processes and PMP certification (preferred) Change management, negotiation and creative problem-solving.

This position is in a French-speaking workplace but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
