Job Description The Clinical Resource Nurse has demonstrated clinical expertise in the GI patient populations.

Since the6S clinical leader is responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical patient care, the successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Patient Care Manager and Professional Practice Clinician, providing leadership and coaching for the nursing staff.

The goal is to create a safe, evidence-based clinical practice environment through the development and maintenance of critical thinking skills, leadership skills, and clinical expertise in the nursing staff to enhance their ability to provide competent, safe, evidence-based and effective patient and family centred care.
